This is probably one of the most robust hair, nail, and skin supplements I've ever seen. It's not limited to just biotin but is basically a multivitamin for hair (and nails and skin). It's absolutely loaded.<br /><br />Don't be afraid of the price tag. Keep in mind a couple of things. First, it's a 2 month supply. Second, it's top notch quality. For those who prefer glass jars, you'll get that here. Again, this is probably one of the best of its type I've seen (and I've seen a lot of them).

If you bought this product and didn't know what selenium smelled like before, trust me, you do now. It's the ingredient that has the strong "fishy" smell. There's also a sweet-ish smell that I can't identify so I'm going to assume it is the millet extract.<br />The biotin content on the label is listed in milligrams (mg) instead of micrograms (mcg), and seeing the "10mg" threw me for a loop at first since I'm used to seeing biotin measured in micrograms. I was interested in this product because it contains millet extract, which is one of the ingredients in a certain popular hair growth product that increased hair growth for me. I'm taking this with shark cartilage, another ingredient in the popular hair growth supplement (although I take that one on an empty stomach) to try and make my hair and eyelashes grow faster and longer. Selenium is also supposed to help with hair growth (and your thyroid!) so I'm glad this has it, although boy, it sure does remind me. I can smell it when the bottle is closed and a foot away from my face, lol! I don't mind it though, I'm just pointing it out for anyone who may be sensitive to smells. I'll have to update again in a few months if I notice anything.

After receiving my COVID-19 vaccine, I started to lose hair. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but after my booster the hair loss got even worse. I decided to order these Glow Hair Vitamins with Biotin. After daily use, my hair loss has become noticeably less. I also have noticed that my eyebrows are getting fuller! I had my doubts, but these Glow Hair Vitamins with Biotin have really made a difference!

I know it will be several months of using this before I can tell if it did make a difference in my nails and hair and skin but what I do know now is that these pills are easy to take, they are vegan, and they don’t have a funny aftertaste when you digest them.<br />I have been taking two per day as recommended by the bottle and this comes with a two month supply.<br />This bottle was wrapped nicely but delivered in a bubble wrap envelope. The lid was damaged during transit because it was popped off one side just slightly and the safety seal was starting to lift with it. I don’t even have to twist my cap off I can just pop it off because of the damage done to the lid.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The smell was HORRIBLE. The company wouldn't do anything to connect the problem.

I can't say if it really works. I haven't used it long enough and I probably won't.<br />The smell is a huge turn off. It's so potent that I can smell it from inside the cabinet with the door shut! I keep it in the cabinet with coffee, teas and all good smelling things but every time I go close to that cabinet, all I smell is these vitamins (inside they jar with closed lid!).<br />I also must make sure that I take them with a full meal to digest them.<br />I will try to finish this jar off but I won't buy again.
