15+ years trying all sorts of casein and whey products. This is hands down the best for me. The only ridiculous part is that it's priced at $75 currently, which means I won't be buying it until the price comes back down to reality. Everyone can keep raising their prices during this crazy time.... and eventually, people will just stop buying the product.

Casein does exactly what they say....full stop.<br /><br />Drink this with breakfast and get through a whole, sit-on-your-rear workday while your muscle recovery/growth stays right up where it belongs. It's for real. If you workout before work, you can feel the difference with this.<br /><br />Bonus: it's a giant dose of protein, so you feel good and full for a while and won't want to snack on junk.

So it's vanilla. You put it in a blender with other stuff. Milk, water, bananas, what have you. Whatever you like basically. I see people talking about it not mixing as well as they hoped and my advice to them is, put the spoon down and get a blender. You're on Amazon ffs.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
