Better than the name brands
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.

Worth every penny
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested.
