Ascorbic Acid is wrong form of C folks....

I recommend anyone research Ascorbic Acid form of Vitamin C. Large Amounts of Ascorbic Acid is not healthy. You want natural C extracted naturally from fruit.

Unproven results

Our kids school was coming down with some ‘bugs’ so our nutritionist recommended a good supplement regimen to boost our systems. This being one. (We purchased all available from this brand) While setting up month long pill boxes for a family of 4, we found that several bottles were short a few capsules. 2 capsules were damaged/cracked and the powder was inside the bottle. After follow up labs to determine efficacy, no significant evidence was shown from using this brand. Unfortunately.

I take these twice a day. Did some comparison shopping and this appears to be the best for the price.
