I've been using the Collagen Peptides powder by Sol Strong for a few months now. I am definitely noticing improved health in my joints, and skin. I'm 42, and usually have achy/cracking joints from years of playing basketball etc, so it's very important for me to find a product that actually works, and works well. And this Collagen works very well, as it can be dissolved in hot or cold liquids. I find myself using it in my morning coffee most, and again at night with either water or tea. This is my first time trying collagen peptides. I love this product. Dissolves easily and is tasteless. I mix it in my morning orange juice.
