I bought this product to help reduce body inflammation from which I was suffering. After taking the first pill, I noticed almost immediately that I felt better. As such, I've continued to take one pill on a daily basis and have continued to feel better. I no longer feel the pain from which I used to suffer. In fact, I felt so strongly about this product that I purchased a second bottle for a friend.

We take one every day and our muscle cramps have 99% gone away. We haven't had any side effects such as diarrhea.

I like that this product did not cause gastrointestinal upset, and that you only take one for the dosage of 500 mg.

These magnesium supplements are great because the come in a capsule rather than tablet form. Magnesium supplements are inherently large, so having them in a capsule are much easier for me to swallow then the tablet form, which tends to produce more friction when going down then than the smooth surface of the capsule. They will be my go-to from now on.
