Great package, but once I started taking them I got severe headaches and an upset stomach, going to try to split them up and not take them all at once.

These upset my stomach pretty bad. Switched to Ritual.

I got these paks to help me function on a daily basis and to make my workouts more productive. They are fantastic, the packaging is awful. Last time I ordered, it the box was crushed and torn. And some of the pills inside of the packs were all dust or empty I thought it was a fluke. But... It was the same this time also. Please fix this problem, I really do love these!!

I followed directions and took with food but made me sick to my stomach for hours then severe diarrhea. No refund. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

These pills are very very very large and fairy hard to swallow
