I was told about this product by a close friend. I have a really sensitive stomach and almost any vitamin/mineral supplement kills my tummy. I ordered the product and have been using it for 2 months now which is a record for me. I usually give up using a supplement a week or so after beginning the use. I had NO heart burn or acid reflux caused by this vitamin. HOORAY for plant extracted calcium!

I find Bone Strength Take Care calcium tablets excellent because they are slim tablets that I can actually swallow. Most other calcium pills are much bigger, and for that reason, I plan to continue taking these
