Protien is easy on the stomach
I use this powder every morning. I include a banana, spinach, 1 scoop of peanut butter and Iceland yougurt. The chocolate flavor blends really well.

Lucky I got it on sale
Chocolate flavor does not taste good with water, milk or almond milk. Tried adding peanut butter did not help

Horrible Tasting Protein
If you want to know why a company like GNC has these protein powders is such a steep discount, it's because they taste horrible. I grew up on the 6 star walmart whey, so I'm not that picky of a person when it comes to protein, but this is probably the first protein shake I've made that I wasn't able to finish.

Doesn’t mix or dissolve by hand
Tastes great and works fine, but as a powder or mix it does not mix or dissolve by standard mixing by hand. You end up chewing a lot of it.
