Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.

Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
