The immune support tablets taste just like flintstone vitamins. Very easy to take and the benefits are extremely important in keeping you from getting sick. I like the ingredients they are using in these to help boost your immune system. It is like an all in one chewable that is easy to take. I love these for everyday use!
I like that it combines one supplement, which includes vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin D3. I have been taking these three separately for years, this supplement makes it so easier.
Keeping immunity high these days is one of our family's goals: we look to keep our Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin D and C levels high.<br /><br />My husband prefers to take gummies, a chewable or this "quick-melt" rather than some of the capsules and tablets. And some of these have had horrible tastes or hard to get down, getting stuck in the throat. These "Pineapple Zest quick-melts" taste ok. I prefer to chew them rather than wait for them to melt.<br /><br />I'm happy to know these are made in the USA and that probably contributes to what I consider a high price, more than I am used to paying and not knowing if I am really protected. I will know more in about 50 days about how I feel about this proprietory blend of new ingredients (Quercetin Phytosome) and if I am affected in one way or another. If I am happy, I will subscribe to get extra discount and not run out.
