What I like best about these is that is an easily swallow-able capsule. I prefer the powder or the capsule over the tablet. I just got these less than a week ago, so I cannot yet speak of their efficacy, but so far I'm not finding anything I dislike.<br />I'll edit in about a month after I've had time to get all full of them.<br /><br />Edit: so it's been longer than a month and I'm all full of them. I take collagen in a couple different forms. I have a powder that I scoop into my food and beverages and this capsule. I feel great. I did take the capsule for a few weeks in its own and I feel the same as I do now.... great.
