I don’t usually write reviews because I am lazy. But I am so happy with this product I had to share. I am training for a half marathon and my knees were killing me. I have heard a lot about NEM recently and decided to try it. I did a good amount of research and decided to try this since it has tumeric as well. Since starting this a month ago, my knees don’t ache as much after a long run, and I don’t have to use ibuprofen for the inflammation nearly as often. I am super happy with this product and just ordered a second bottle. If you are a runner looking for something to support your joints, try this!!!

Bottle literally was empty. Two safety seals on the bottle and when I opened it all that was inside was the silicone freshness pack. Item not eligible for return.

I did not notice any benefit in taking this product but since I am a senior citizen maybe I shouldn't expect anything.

I decided to take a different approach to my joint health since it has seemed as if Glucosamine and Chondroitin have just not been making much of a difference lately. I decided to try this eggshell membrane formulation as an alternative. So far, I have noticed a modest improvement over my Glucosamine and Chondroitin formulation. I am going to continue with this Youtheory to see if the improvement continues.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
