I don't usually use powdered creamer because I haven't liked any that I've tried but I really liked this one! It's light and surprisingly creamy, and although I am not a huge fan of the flavor of coconut in my coffee - the flavor of this one is nice and not overly coconut-ey. I didn't expect it to blend so well with my iced cold brew - but it blended smoothly and made my usually not very exciting cold brew a little tastier. There's not a lot of sweetness so if you like your coffee sweet, you could add a little sweetener.

I love this creamer!! It dissolves really nicely for a collagen creamer, and you can definitely taste the vanilla which is amazing. Came super quick too via Amazon, and the bag is really a great size that will last me quite some time. A little creamer goes a long way!!

A couple of things to mention. 1) either the information on the bag is incorrect regarding the serving size (2 scoops/20g) OR the included scoop is undersized OR a serving size is really about 10g. At first I was weighing out the powder since I didn't want to dig around for the buried scoop. After the scoop was easily retrievable, I used it along with my scale. Even using heaping scoops, I couldn't get 2 scoops to come close 20g. Maybe 12-13g per two heaping scoops. I have two digital scales and I have a set of scale weights. My scales are fine. 2) I'd rather just drink my coffee black than use this stuff. It's not good ... to me. I tried 5g, 10g, 15g, and 20g in various sizes of coffee from 6oz to 10oz. Nah. Not a great taste. I mean, my taste buds didn't totally revolt, but it doesn't make me enjoy drinking my coffee. It does seem to blend really well though. So I'm very happy with that characteristic.<br /><br />I have only tried this in coffee, both medium and dark roasts, and with both K-cups and grinding my own beans to use with an Aeropress. None of these made me change my mind. I won't buy it again.

So, while I wouldn't necessarily refer to this as a "creamer," I would say it does add flavor and some creaminess to coffee and works super well in smoothies. What I've noticed is that it dissolves easily (no clumps), it has a lovely taste (not overpowering or artificial at all) and I've notice that my energy levels have become quite even throughout the day (no more afternoon slumps).<br /><br />Would definitely recommend as an addition to your morning coffee or smoothie routine!

What I love the most is that the flavor is not overpowering, it dissolves easily in my coffee. I'll continue to use it and it looks like it can be used for more than just coffee, I will have to try it in my smoothies, and homemade baked goods as well.

I'm so thankful to have a creamer that fits with my food restrictions but has protein and tastes just right! The flavor is not too strong and it blends very well to my hot coffee!
