Why did I deduct one star? Well, because they seem to give me serious indigestion and I can only say that the others I tried didn't.... This is a good formula of elderberry, vitamin C and zinc and even a little Amla for boosting the immune system. I take it as needed in the Fall and winter, when I feel a cold coming on or a change in my general health. I’m a big believer in big doses of vitamin C , so I’ll add 2000 - 3000 of C also if I feel a cold coming. This is the price range I stay in with elderberry supplements and the added Amla is bonus. You either believe in elderberry and zinc or you don’t, and I’m a newer believer 🙏🙏 But build up your immune system ahead of time, so you can win these battles.
