Better than the name brands
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.

Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.
