I don't write many reviews but the people saying it tastes horrible obviously don't know what ashwagandha actually tastes like, because it tastes AWFUL! So these gummies have done a fanominal job at covering up the bad taste. Fyi ashwagandha In Sanskrit, translates as “the smell of the horse" and it literally tastes like it too. So if your thinking this is going to taste like a luden candy cough drop think again. It also does it's job very well. I take 2 gummies at bed time when I can't seem to fall asleep and after about 20 min I'm asleep. I also sleep all night and have no groggy side effects in the morning like I do with any other sleep aids like unisom. In fact I feel calm and relaxed in the morning (not slow) just relaxed.
