Interesting but expensive for what it is.
Okay, so this stuff is interesting on a lot of levels. Let me see if I can explain what Ionique is trying to accomplish here. The contention is that a lack of magnesium and other trace minerals (chloride, sodium, potassium, and zinc (sport)) are largely responsible for issues like headaches, brain fog, and constipation. Further, these minerals with the addition of zinc are depleted by exercise so they are also including a Sport blend that also adds more salt to help with hydration. You are supposed to mix 1ml of this stuff to 24 -36oz of water three times daily. Here's the thing, if everyone just started drinking 100 plus ounces of water daily, I would bet a lot of the issues Ionique is claiming to fix here would improve. The question becomes does adding $23 a month in mineral supplements help as well? I am not sure. A good multivitamin offers most of this as well. What is guess I will say is this: If buying and using Ionique is enough to get you drinking this much water daily, the two together should help you see improvements in many facets of your life. There is no discernable flavor that I notice and they do provide a 40% coupon on future purchases which makes things quite a bit more affordable. So, I guess I am recommending this stuff if you think you could use the help. Good stuff generally.
