Be careful when taking these

So I wouldn’t say they’re horrible but just didn’t work out for me. I wanted to really like them as I see them all over social media and loved the fact that they’re vegan. Previous to this I had been looking for b12 in methylcobalamin because I felt off all the time because of a semi vegan diet and it wasn’t my vitamin d levels like usually. I took this form because it’s the one believed to be highly absorbent but the one I was taking was 40,000% which was extremely high and was giving me chest pains and just awful so I then decided to try this one as it has about 200% of it.

The first month was great!!!! It gave me lots of energy, got rid of my muscle aches and dizziness that I had. But then as I proceeded to take it, I started having trouble sleeping at night because of too much energy and I usually take magnesium at night to sleep and even that wasn’t helping me. After that I noticed that then it was the opposite, it started making me oversleep and groggy all the time along with like heart burn and chest pains. The chest pains is kinda of what I had experienced with the other b12, so I am not sure if that form doesn’t make me feel good or maybe too much vitamins is what makes me feel sick.

Overall I wouldn’t say they’re horrible, just be careful not to believe all products are excellent cause of high reviews. It also got me thinking why they’re site and page state that they’re not meant to cure any illnesses or diagnosis etc if selling vitamins should be pretty much the reason for one’s health to improve.

Def worth it! Don't listen to the haters

Im going to keep it short and sweet. These vitamins are good! they have def increased my energy and have for sure proven positive results after just a couple days. I will agree with other previous reviews that some of the gummies are hard, but use common sense people, suck on them to soften/melt them. don't throw them away like some folks in the previous reviews! will be subscribing!

Good Bioavailability

I like that this multivitamin has all bioavailable forms of the vitamins it contains. As someone with an MTHFR mutation, it is one of the few multivitamins I can take. It tastes good and is easy to chew, though you are supposed to take 2 gummies per day. It also has less methylfolate than I need, so I still need to take a separate methylfolate supplement along with this. The bottle I received in March 2022 expires in January 2024.

Tastes delicious!

I ordered directly from MarieRuth, so quality was great. They were well sealed, and when I opened the seal, I immediately smelled the fruitiness. They were in cute heart shapes and softer in texture than the other vitamin gummies I tried from them, which is a plus. I love cherry and raspberry, so to me they were delicious! I appreciate the organic ingredients as well. My favorite so far out of the ones I’ve tried by far (the other varieties were already pretty tasty too). Will definitely reorder!

The organic woman’s one is amazing!!!

I started using the women’s multivitamin because I am vegan now and these are safe for me to take. Thought I’d try the new organic ones and Omg they are amazing! They are cute heart shapes, don’t get stuck in your teeth, and taste great!

Switched from liquid to gummies because i wanted the convenience not to have to refrigerate.

Convenient. Flavor is fine. Does not upset my stomach, which I have had issues, with other multi vitamins, in the past.
