Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.
For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.
Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.
Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good.
