Good melatonin in a high dosage, bad packaging.
I am fine with this- it's a heavy dose, so I'm OUT if I take it, and stay asleep for a good long while. However - I loathe the packaging on this. no idea why it needs to be a wasteful blister pack, and why the one pill per pack exists. That's a major frustration for me.
