Finding a good quality vitamin c with rose hips (good for its anti inflammatory principles) can be difficult especially when you don’t want junk and fillers in your product. I know that whatever product I get from truth nutrition is quality and free from anything that could cause a food sensitivity flare. I like this vitamin c is so versatile for immune health, muscle and bone and so much more.

I love that this is all natural but 150 mg is a really low dosage for vitamin C hence the reason for losing a couple of stars. Normally I take 500 to 1000 mg at a time. For the price this is not a good deal with the low number of mg. The natural source is great for being absorbed by the body but they really need to up the mg so that it is a more worthy product.

It can be hard to find food based sources of Vitamin C. In addition all forms of vitamin C out there other than Quali-C are sourced from China. It seems like a no brainer to get your daily vitamin C through a food source as well as getting all the antioxidant benefits of camu camu and acerola cherry. Camu camu and acerola cherry are superfruit berries that has an extremely high ORAC (antioxidant) rating and have much higher natural vitamin C than fruits you can get at the store. In addition there is a small amount of rose hip fruit extract and alma fruit which are also superfruits with high vitamin C. You get 150mg of vitamin C from the superfruit extracts or 167% daily value of vitamin C. I like to dose higher than this but it's easy enough to take this as well as Quali-C powder when you need more vitamin C, so you can combine the antioxidants and greater bioavailablity from the fruit with pure vitamin C.<br /><br />These are veggie caps with no fillers other than rice powder. I have gotten supplements from this company before and I have found them to be similarly high quality. I think the price is good (could be a little lower though) given that it's a real 60 day supply - other superfruit vitamin C pills split it up into multiple pills so I appreciated their use of fruit extract to get everything in one pill. The pills aren't tiny but aren't huge either and I've had no issues after taking them.<br /><br />Vitamin C is an amazing supplement that everyone should be getting more of and it makes so much sense to get it in its natural, anti oxidant filled form!

Being a happy and regular customer of Truths vegan BCAA's, I trusted them enough to try their vegan Vitamin C Superfood supplement. Most supplements are sadly created simply to make money and use a lot of synthetically derived ingredients. Not these! Theres so much packed in you only need 1 pill. They have phytonutrients, bioavailable vitamin C, and are made from organic fruits and berries which makes me feel a lot more confident in my immune system. I can actually pronounce each ingredient too. Considering I don't cut corners when it comes to my health and what I put in my body, I expect my supplements to reflect the same standards.

It is really difficult to find organic vitamin c. It is easy to swallow, no intense flavor, and I really appreciate that it’s organic as I prefer my vitamins and supplement as pure as I can get them.

This brand of vitamin C is wholesome and works great! I love the dosage for everyday immunity-boosting use.
