My dad has a serious iron deficiency. He has to have iron infusions and has to take iron supplements. His daily multivitamin is supposed to have iron in it but I have searched high and low for a supplement that has everything it should PLUS iron. I was stumped until I found this brand. Not only do you get a good value but you can make sure that your loved one is more protected and has what they need. This brand is amazing. Smaller than his previous multivitamin by the quote a bit

I can honestly say that my energy and mood has greatly improved since taking one of these every day. I'm not sure what was missing from my diet, but this vitamin has filled that void and I've recommended them to all my friends. My sister sheepishly asked "do they have them for inactive women?" LOL

I am not a physician or a dietitian, but I take over-the-counter multivitamins to offset my nutrition imperfect choices; I've been remarkably healthy. These are good quality multivitamins for men; before ordering I checked their composition versus other over-the-counter multivitamins and these multivitamins provide comparable nutritional components. I especially verified that these vitamins include Iron, important for aerobic health but sometimes omitted from senior men's multivitamins. [Iron supplements interfere with some geriatric medication.]<br /><br />Dosage is one tablet daily. The tablets are slightly smaller than some other multivitamins, are taste-free and odor-free, and swallow easily with morning coffee. The tablets are tinted pale blue, different but not significant. And these vitamins' cost is comparable to other over-the-counter multivitamins.

I waited to review this product until I used it for 3 weeks.<br /><br />A couple of reasons I ordered this product as background:<br /><br />1) My vitamin D levels have been low;<br /><br />2) for some reason, overall supplements can make me jittery, so looking for one that suits me;<br /><br />3). I am extremely active, so keeping vitamins and minerals balanced is important. When saying “active,” I mean that I run a lot. Like, every single day on over a two year straight streak kind of “lot.” A few times each week I also run a lot, defined as 2 or more hours on a run kind of “lot.” This many miles and daily abuse is brutal on body and gear.<br /><br />This product is undeniably accurate in the claims. Not all vitamins and minerals are 100% (such as D3 at 75%), but I have no concerns as this is a supplement, not food replacement. I take it in the morning with food.<br /><br />The good: has increased my Vitamin D level. For some reason, D3 supplements alone cause me to to get drowsy (opposite of what is supposed to happen). Not with this supplement. No jitters, and it does seem to help with energy levels when I run.<br /><br />The bad: compared to big brand versions, this product runs ever so slightly more in cost. Those big brands lack some of those funky ingredients which are intended to the energy feeling, however. Like the big names, you pack all those vitamins and minerals into one pill, and it is medium sized.<br /><br />The ugly: some have commented on the blue dye, and a stigma of the blue coloring. I could care a less, and find it useful to pick out my vitamins when tossed together with generic ibuprofen when traveling.<br /><br />Overall, this product is just perfect for me, and the claims and product description are accurate. I would definitely recommend this for fellow endurance runners and athletes.
