I should have read the label. 4 drops equal 400IU, not 1 drop like I thought and the normal drops usually are. Bummer because my son is EBF and getting one drop alone is hard enough let alone 4 every day. I think if I was pumping or supplementing with a bottle it wouldn’t be an issue but 4 drops is too rough to manage for me.

I add these to my 7 & 15 yr old son's water bottles. They get an extra boost of vit D3 & haven't complained about the flavor. It's not too strong

This three pack of vitamin d drops are organic and a cheaper alternative to name brand options. They are not officially FDA approved but are manufactured in a fda regulated facility, as stated on the packaging. My three bottles have an expiration date of about one year after my order date. They all have threaded caps for resealing and state there are 90 servings per container at 4 drops per serving. It also states to not exceed 4 drops in 24 hours. There's no real way to measure the efficacy of these drops but they are competitively priced for bulk.

Adding a couple of drops to shakes smoothies or any beverage has substantially increased her vitamin D and has eliminated any all risk of early childhood diabetes. Comes in a pack of 3.
