The tablet is too big, taking three tablets at the same time is not good even if it is just one tablet.

I love all the ingredients bthis supplement includes. After having Covid this year, we have all felt sluggish ever since and this has helped bring us back to a level of normal. When I don't take it I feel a big difference. It's also great to have all these vitamins in one place instead of having multiple bottles clogging up the cupboard. But please, for the love, put a coating on these tablets! They are gigantic but worst of all they're grainy and dusty so they don't go down well at all. I gag nearly every time I take them. I feel victorious if I get one down without choking. A smoother coating would make a world of difference. I hope they do this one day because i'd buy these forever.

Everyone around me is sick with colds right now. Taking care of my grandson, he sneezed right in my face with open mouth. Gross. Im fine. I tested positive for Covid a month ago and not one symptom. I've ordered more and will continue taking. The pills are a little hard to swallow but they contain so much good stuff. I take with a little juice or protein shake. Makes it easier then just water.

This immunity support pill seems to have an excellent assortment of ingredients at a good price. I am disappointed at the size and dryness, both of which make the pill difficult to swallow. I tried cutting them in half, but the cut edges are very very rough and scratch the throat as they go down. Sadly, I won't order again.
