I have tried many different magnesium supplements over the last year and a half (all of which I purchased on Amazon, BTW). This brand is one of the best. I follow the iodine supplementation protocol, and magnesium is one of the necessary co-factors (along with other minerals and vitamins) that I must take. Each time I've taken this supplement, I feel immediate calming effect, which happened only with few other brands. It does not contain any fillers or magnesium stearate, so it makes sense that it would absorb so well. I am not taking the full recommended dose (3) because it is quite pricey, but since I also consume large amounts of leafy vegetables, I find that 2/day is sufficient for my needs. I highly recommend this brand. I know it is pricey, but when you consider that cheap supplements are basically a waste of money (they hardly get absorbed) you actually get all the benefits and your money's worth with this one. I am also trying their vitamin B-complex, and will be looking into their other products in the future as well!

I love this product. My iron levels were very low and I was diagnosed with anemia. I was dizzy, exhausted, sleepy, had trouble breathing after doing something simple like walking up the stairs, etc. My first bottle is almost done and I am starting to feel balanced again. I love this product and I am definitely ordering another one. No tummy issues, no aftertaste, no acidity if I burp after taking one. They're awesome!

I particularly like this magnesium supplement because from a Chinese Medicine standpoint it addresses the one of the most common underlying reasons for muscle spasms: internal wind caused by blood deficiency (whether physiological or caused by chronic stress). I’ve been recommended by my acupuncturist to eat both liver and bone broth for this condition (both taste nasty to me). This supplement helps solve that problem perfectly! A real three for one!

My doctor recommended that I start taking a calcium/vitamin D supplement and after doing some research I came across Ancient Nutrients. Being that this will be my second time purchasing this product. I am very pleased!

Magnesium helps with body aches and pains. This particular formula digests well and helps relieve some finger arthritis. Also, the Ancient Nutrition Formula helps with overall digestion and regularity. I don't know what type of magnesium is used as it is not stated anywhere on the bottle or website.

This is such a pure, high quality and effective Magnesium vitamin. When it comes to all the different kinds of magnesium, I'm a bit lost when knowing the right kind for me. Dr. Axe has taken the research work out of it with this superior product! It has helped my not get headaches, keep down anxiety, and is AMAZING for getting a good night's sleep. This is a must for me!
