Like many out there, I, too tried dozens of different kinds, brands, and varieties of Probiotics. After having to increase the dosage of the one and only medicine I have to take, I started having major digestive issues. My doctor said those symptoms would subside, but they lasted over 2 months - I was miserable. I did a lot of research, and the most recommended remedies for my symptoms were ginger, peppermint tea, and a good probiotic.<br /><br />The teas did a great job of keeping me hydrated and in soothing the ill-feeling in my stomach, but they didn't stop the worst of the symptoms. After reading about why this particular probiotic (and prebiotic) is so highly rated and recommended, I decided to order it. WOW. As recommended by one of the websites I consulted, I took my probiotic pill first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and allowed it to &#34;do it's job&#34; for about 20 minutes before eating or drinking anything else. Just TWO DAYS of this, and my digestive system felt normal! I was shocked, but mostly relieved.<br /><br />NOTE: I figured I was &#34;healed,&#34; and, after the first bottle was done, I didn't order another. My symptoms came back the very day I did not take the probiotic. I ordered more from Amazon, and as soon as I started taking it again, the symptoms went away. I guess I'll be taking this forever, which is fine with me. From what I've read, everyone should be taking a probiotic anyway - so many other great health benefits! But for me, this was truly a Godsend as it brought normalcy back to my digestive system and to my life!

I am, therefore, hyper-critical of the supplements I choose to spend my money on. I can say, without a doubt, that Pro45 is the best Probiotic I've ever used.<br /><br />Not for the faint of heart: Not only has Pro45 helped with issues such as gas and bloating, but has also helped me to re-establish regular bowel movements, which I hadn't experienced in years. No more runny stool or diarrhea for me.<br /><br />If you suffer from digestive issues such as IBS, gas, bloating, Crohn's, reflux, etc. I highly suggest giving Pro45 a try. You have nothing to lose and your health to regain.

I am not sure how to rate a probiotic, but I will say this. We are have been on a gut centric diet for several years. We supplement probiotics every single day, and have a prebiotic rich diet. We did not experience the die off like some who have reviewed this product. The three things we really liked when choosing this product though were - A) the high CFU count B) the large strain count C) the complete strain names are listed. Those three things are hard to find in an inexpensive probiotic.<br /><br />Most of the time inexpensive probiotics will be weak in the first two and this is the first probiotic I have EVER been able to find that lists the full strain name. Most, even more expensive ones, will not list the number behind the strain that indicates the full scientific name. I enjoy that about this probiotic. This is the first probiotic that I have had that changed color in the capsule due to being placed in a pill dispenser. So essentially it absorbed humidity. I trust that also means it is also more likely to be what they advertise it to be.<br /><br />We purchased this one to include in our sugar detox to support healthier gut, but I think we will continue on with it beyond this detox as well. Great product.

Not joking, this product really works and immediately. I was going through a kind of digestive disorder for about 2 consecutives months. I knew my gut were not working normal. Having constant diarrea, gut cramps, bloated, slow digestion, hemorroids and even my lips were getting cracked. I knew my gut flora was not on it's best and reason could be, antibiotics, protein shakes that I was not used to. After 1st week taking this probiotic, literally everything disapear and has not come back since then. I also have to mention that I used active 99% Aloe Vera juice too.

I researched before choosing this product & I am very pleased with it. After just one month of use I am seeing some results. Which is a positive sign. I have purchased 2 more bottles & I'm telling everyone I know about it that even mentions colon issues. I definitely would recommend it for regulation of the gut flora & helping with constipation issues.

I’ve been trying all different types of probiotics over the last few months. For me This one does nothing but cause constipstion, bloating and severe gas pains.
