Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. The taste is the dealbreaker for me — way too artificial and lingers for hours.
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice.
