I love the new mood supplement, I take the pills typically but the pills were sold out so I got this instead just to help me get by. I like actual Guava fruit so I thought I’d like this too. Wrong, It’s so hard to choke down. It tastes like cough syrup. It’s so gross that I’m kind of dreadful every night because I know it’ll make me feel so much better the next day but it tastes like robatussin.

Flavor takes a bit to get used to

I tried their Mango, Orange Guava, and Pineapple and personally mango is my least favorite. Try to take that with a grain of salt because I am not a Mango person. The Pineapple and Orange Guava taste delicious! I find it blends ok, little harder and there is some sediment at the bottom. I think mixing with 8oz makes it a little stronger tasting so I go more for 12-16 ounces. Once you drink it I feel more relaxed in about 20 minutes assuming I have not much going on and just sitting back reading or watching a show. I tend not to drink stuff like this during the day because I have a high stressed job that requires me to be on point almost all day. I do notice that I fall asleep easily and sleep a little better than normal. There are 30 individually wrapped pouches so cost is about $2 a piece which is probably a little costly for most but we all have different budgets.

Bad taste. Have used two nights with zero results noted.

I was definitely curious to order these ONNIT New Mood Instant Daily Stress, Mood, Sleep & Serotonin Supplements. I have three flavors: Mango, Orange Guava, and Pineapple, and they all taste excellent. I was honestly shocked to read that one reviewer said the orange guava tasted like cough syrup--- what!!? None of these taste even remotely close to cough syrup in my opinon. I don’t really want to comment on whether these improve my mood right now, because there are so many factors that can affect that and you would probably have to use very regularly to be able to truly tell. I do think that the ingredients can help though and I am still thrilled to be able to try them. -Each box contains 30 individual packets of powder to mix with water -Packets are very convenient and easy to open -Instructions say to mix in 8-12oz of water, but I personally find that to be too concentrated for my taste which honestly isn't a bad thing. I have been mixing them in my 32oz water bottle and the taste is fantastic and refreshing when diluted that much in my opinion. I am terrible at drinking regular water, so this really helps motivate me to drink more. -I love that they use a natural sweetener blend that includes monk fruit rather than just using sugar -Seem to dissolve very well with water. I haven’t had any issues with clumps or the powder not dissolving, but I will say that I have strictly been pouring into a bottle and shaking vigorously which is likely more effective than just stirring with a spoon I’m just very impressed with the taste. Unfortunately, these are fairly pricey at $59.95 per box which is about $2.00 per packet. I really do like these though. If I am able to notice a significant positive difference in my mood and stress levels, then I would definitely order again. If not, then it would be hard to justify that price even though the taste is really one of the best powders I have tried. I’ll be sure to provide an update if I have any other comments to add.
