I got bloodwork done: This is legit.
The supplement industry, as some of you may be aware, is unregulated. I bought this, in part, because it has a GMP stamp on it meaning that it's been third-party tested, but I still wasn't sure of its efficacy. I began taking this after a recommendation from my doctor. Bloodwork showed that I was deficient in B12, D, and iron, so the doctor suggested I supplement with vitamins. When I got home I did a thorough search with a few criteria in mind: It MUST be vegan, it must have a stamp from a third-party testing agency, it must be affordable enough to purchase regularly, and it must contain at least 100% DV of B12, D (preferably a vegan form of D3), and iron.
I found this bottle met and exceeded all my criteria. Actually, it seemed a little too good to be true. I bought it, but I still wondered if I was peeing money down the drain. After taking it for months, I finally got blood work done at my clinic and the results speak for themselves. My levels are all looking great!
I've been the guinea pig for you guys and can now totally vouch for this stuff. This bottle has everything, and it works.
