The texture of the gummies is perfect, they are not too soft and not too chewy or tough. I wasn’t super crazy about the flavor, but my kids liked it. I don’t think they are overly sweet. You only need to take 2 once a day, which is easy for us to integrate into our routines. I like that this includes not just elderberry, but other supplements such as echinacea. They are free of a lot artificial ingredients and also are a local company that I enjoy supporting.
