Works well - Remember less is often more with Melatonin
We've taken Melatonin on and off over the years in various forms. We've tried sublingual (under the tongue), the dissolvable Midnite branded Melatonin, as well as various swallowable pills and chewables. We've also tried another brand of gummies and these provide the same results as most of what we've tried.<br /><br />It's worth pointing out that for us Melatonin can provide the opposite effect if too much is taken. The first doctor that recommended it to me said to take 10mg. 10mg only kept me up longer so to me it had no effect. Years later another doctor said "start small and find the amount that works for you." I started on 1mg which did nothing, but then around 3mg I started to see positive results.<br /><br />5mg seems to be the sweet spot for me though depending on body weight, speed of metabolizing, etc. you may see different results.<br /><br />The reason I mention this is that if I go above 5mg, it has the opposite effect. It's the same thing if I don't take it for a while. I need to start smaller or it just keeps me up.<br /><br />Back to the product - They are good tasting gummies. Definitely keep them out of the reach of children. Since they are gummies you can take them without water. They were very fresh, the packaging didn't contain any errors/bad grammar which is always nice.<br /><br />I definitely recommend them. The price in inline with other brands and we were very happy with them.
