First, I really like that this is a Nature 's Way product. I recognized the name, and I have used the brand in the past with good results.<br /><br />I have been interested in trying a turmeric supplement for a while, and finally got serious about it. I take this, a multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin d. I have to say, I feel like the turmeric has made a difference. My energy level has increased, and my chronic hip pain has eased.<br /><br />The best perk is that this is a gummy, so it feels like a nice treat for taking your supplement. The taste is very good! No yucky medicinal aftertaste at all.<br /><br />Bottom line - when you get to a certain age, and start taking supplements, it's nice to have a good product from a trusted name. This will be a staple in my routine.

Two of the things I like most in the culinary world are Tumeric and Ginger. I eat Tumeric daily and like to pickle and eat ginger. I also take supplements that contain these items. When I was offered this bottle of Nature's Way Turmeric Ginger Gummies I thought I would try it out. For ME these aren't going to hit the mark at all but I can't see taking stars off for it- they take all the things I think are great about the flavor of Turmeric and Ginger and dumb it down into a sweet supplement. What WILL be great is for those who don't like these flavors typically but want the benefits of them. The ginger to me is almost non existant as far as the flavor and the turmeric is only slightly there. Otherwise this is just like a gummy candy, they are slightly sticky once chewing but don't stick to each other in the bottle. At time of review a bottle of 60 is a 30 day supply at 2 gummies a dose, the bottle is $14.99 making each dose 49 cents.

I appreciate the ingredients - especially that it doesn't use gelatin however the taste of the gummie is so terrible. The predominant flavor is chemicals and you barely can sense the citrus flavor, if at all. There are so many other and better options (including YumV's and others). They won't even help facilitate a return and keep passing the ball back and forth between Amazon and Nature's Way. I'll never order from them again - some Satisfaction Guarantee they have!

If you desire more turmeric in your life, then this is an easy way to get it. Two gummies will give you 260 mg of turmeric. The taste is pretty good, with a mango flavor to it.<br /><br />Keep in mind there are 2g of sugar in a 2 gummy serving. It's not a huge amount, if you are looking after your sugar, then you may want to look into pills instead.<br /><br />One bottle will last you 30 days.

I make it a point not to make health claims unless I am 100% certain I have experienced positive changes as a result of using a product. And so far I can't point to any positive changes from using this product. The flavor is fine, the texture is unpleasant. But the thing that bothers me most about this particular supplement is the lack of piperine or black pepper to aid absorption of ingredients. Yeah you can probably absorb some of the good stuff, but less efficiently without that black pepper helper. There are probably better ways to get your turmeric-ginger fix.
