Really really liked product but found several beard hairs. There was one before I opened the seal and thought well it's not in the product. Then found two more inside the product after opening it. Please review your quality assurance procedures to prevent this from happening again.

I’m a nursing home administrator, and I’m always on the go. In the age of COVID, I don’t have time to run out and get a healthy meal because my residents and employees need me on the building. I have two small children, so I don’t have time to make myself lunch. I’m also a trying to work out of this dad-bod, so sun warrior lean meal fits my life perfectly for my busy vegan lifestyle. Whether your vegan or not, this would be great for you too. I’d say it’s superior to all of the animal based supplements that I took when I was a college student.

I have used Sun Warrior Illumin8 for more than 2 years. It helped me lose 20 lbs+. Earlier this year they discontinued Vanilla. Why? I emailed them and they had no meaningful response. They replaced it with snickerdoodle and salted caramel. These flavors are absolutely disgusting. They taste like alcohol and have an aftertaste of cat urine. They are truly horrific flavors. WHY WHY WHY did you discontinue Vanilla? WHY??? They also discontinued the bars. I just don't get it. Did they even test the new stuff with a customer?

Disappointed. Big fan of the old Illumin8 Vanilla. No more vanilla now. Just chocolate, strawberry and snickerdoodle. I can tolerate chocolate although it’s a bit on the sweet side. Sodium content went from 20 mg to 430 mg!!!! And they added green coffee beans, not a plus as many of us over 50 know.<br />Many other great ingredients like the old version had. Love that they don’t add any sugar. But that much salt? Reminds of Gevalia Coffee- got bought by Kroger and interesting small coffees became raspberry flavored arabica. Anyway- I know plenty of people will love these flavors, the chocolate is a good quality flavor and it mixes up really well. Probably my last container though.

I got this to have for breakfast. I usually skip breakfast, but started working out, and so I needed something light in the morning that had protein.<br /><br />When I first tried it, I thought it was gross. I got the chocolate flavor, and there was nothing "chocolate" about it. It had a very cinnamony first taste, and then a very bitter and unenjoyable aftertaste. I used two scoops with just water.<br /><br />Then I started adding about 2-4 oz of milk, and that tones down the initial (cinnamon? it's very spiced tasting) flavor, as well as gets rid of the bitterness. Milk actually made it taste good. Now I drink it every morning with my coffee and it's one of the best parts of the day.<br /><br />It is a lean meal, and I do get hungry about an hour before lunch. But surprisingly such a small shake with just some milk goes a long way throughout the morning.<br /><br />Overall, I hope this product stays around. It has just the right amount of carbs and protein for my breakfast, and it has all those vegetable extracts in it too. I'd hate to have to find something else to replace it.

This is the best tasting nutritional shake I have had. The nutritional values is excellent!<br />I blend frozen delicious strawberries, cold water, Sun Warrior Vanilla with a little honey<br />every morning! A great way to start the day.
