Wonderful option for your Vitamin D supplement. Other supplements I have found have added ingredients that are harmful for your health. These do NOT. They come highly recommended from my nutritionist. My husband and I both take them. They have also raised my Vitamin D levels! We will always be purchasing this brand of Vitamin D.

I have alot of faith in Designs for Health and the quality of their products. In the US, you have to be careful what companies you buy supplements from and I have really found Designs for Health to be trustworthy. They do alot of research about their products to produce quality products. I really like this Vitamin D since it is also coupled with Vitamin K which my body does get low on. I do recommend this product for other people.
Well, how do you rate vitamins? good value, easy to take and most importantly I haven't been sick since I've been taking them. No common colds, nothing.
