This used to be my favorite go to snack/meal on the go
This used to be my favorite go to snack/meal on the go.I've bought 1-2 containers a month for 6 mo. However, they changed out the plant protein source in it (I called customer service to find out that info) and now it doesn't dissolve in water well and it taste horrible. I hope enough people will complain and they will go back to the original formula.

The powder dissolves easily in water to get the full amount of protein ...
DF stands for DAIRY FREE, which is unusual for protein powder mixes. The vanilla flavor is clean and not artificial tasting. The powder dissolves easily in water to get the full amount of protein grams, or you can add any fruit to your preference. If you want more of a smoothie texture, use frozen fruits or add a few cubes of ice, liquid such as almond milk plus one scoop of powder to the blender. This measurement works well for individual shakes/smoothies with the Magic Bullet blender. This is an absolutely awesome product for milk intolerent - lactose & whey protein intolerent systems!!!

Great Paleo Protein
First time I tried this it hurt my stomach. I am celiac and my system was very weak and I could hardly tolerate anything. A year later after doing some gut repair I took it out of the closet and tried it again. It didn't bother me and I have ordered another now!

The directions say 2 scoops with water but YUCK, I don't like it and I eat some pretty weird stuff like adding spinach and spirulina into my shakes, flax oil (which I quit and am now adding ground chia seeds, way better for you!).

So I'll keep adding it to my morning shake and not do the water thing.

My morning healthy shake: this gets me through until almost noon!

1 banana
3 strawberries
handful of blueberries
few leaves of spinach and kale
1 cup of juice, blending tart cherry with apple juice
(all organic!)
1 scoop of PaleoMeal by Designs for Health or the paleocleanse (same company) and/or Proventive (not paleo) gluten free harmonized vegan protein
1 scoop Vibrant Health - Green Vibrance gluten free greens, best yet!
1 scoop spirulina from Hawaii
1 scoop gluten free brewers yeast
2 tbsp ground chia seeds (not too fine)
sometime a bit of avacodo oil or udi's oil (staying away from flax due to poisons in it)
sometimes a tsp of local raw honey if I feel like sweetening it up

I think it's best if you are celiac and sensitive to start with a small amount and gradually use more until you are having a scoop or two.

This shake is THE BEST I've ever tried. KETO friendly, LOW CARB, DAIRY & GLUTEN FREE. & it's yummy!
I found this shake through my naturopath, and I'm so glad I did. It is the best, most high quality, yummiest diet shake I have ever tried. The ingredients in this is superb. I showed it to my chiropractor and to another naturopath and they said the ingredients are very, very impressive.
I'm really shocked to read some of the reviews giving this a low rating because they didn't care for the taste. I love the way this shake tastes. It does not take fake, or artificial at all. It tastes like chocolate. It also fills you up, which is very important to me. I hate feeling hungry when on a diet.
I have ordered this shake 4 times now. It is GREAT for trying to lose weight and to eat healthy.
It is KETO friendly, low carb, dairy free, gluten free. Non GMO.
I can't say enough about this shake, or the company, Designs for Health. They are super high quality.
Also, I have had to call their customer service line about something. I have never spoken to customer service reps as friendly and polite as the ladies I spoke with. They were incredible, and so accommodating.
Designs for Health definitely gets 5 Stars from me!
***UPDATE- 5-4-19***- I finally figured out why some people were saying they didn't like the taste. I was reading the container today and they're saying to mix it with only 10 oz of water! I have never mixed it with just 10 oz of water. I have always mixed it with minimum 24 oz, but, usually, 32 oz of water. I can't even imagine how strong and thick it would be just mixing it with 10 oz of water! No wonder people have commented that they don't care for the taste. Everyone, DEFINITELY mix it with 24-32 oz of cold water and ice, and use a blender or shake It up vigorously with a shaker. You will love it. This shake, by far, surpasses all others out there, in nutrition, quality, and taste.

Best protein power I've tried.
I've been taking this protein powder off and on for close to 2 years now. I've finally gotten serious about my health, have eliminated all unhealthy foods from my diet, and exercise daily. I've tried a number of protein powders from Trader Joe's, to brands I bought at the Vitamin store, to some from multi-level marketing companies. PaleoMeal DF is hands down the best, so I'm done trying other brands. It's the only one that helps me maintain throughout the day. I have low blood sugar and get shaky shortly after drinking most other brands, or I'm starving a couple of hours later. I'm down 25 pounds, and while it's from a healthy lifestyle, PaleoMeal DF has been a contributing factor in helping me maintain that lifestyle. The fact that it tastes good, is an added bonus.

Really Good Drink
I was looking for a replacement for Vega Vanilla, which I like, but that didn't cause so much gas. At first this seemed so sweet with stevia and zylatol compared to other powders, but I like it now. In fact it may be the reason I am jonesing for gluten free desserts. Anyway, besides the sweet tooth, there are no side effects, no gas, it is gluten free, dairy free, MSG free and processed sugar free. It does the trick as a breakfast drink, straight or mixed with Udo oil, and I am getting more.
