I have a very hard time finding a multi-vitamin that doesn't bother my stomach and that fills in the nutrition gaps I may have. I have been taking these for a month and am very pleased! I feel more energetic and my mood is more stable (B vitamins ...?) They're pricey, but high quality. I highly recommend!
I've been looking for a good multi-vitamin to replace the gummies I've been taking for years - while I love the taste of them, I'm trying to cut back on all sugars. I like the iwi vitamins because it includes the Omega-3's I need but is even better since it's not coming from animal products. I've been taking them for about 10 days now and while there's no magic bullet for health, I feel good knowing I'm making sure my body is getting all the good stuff it needs, and love to do so with a sustainably sourced, vegan product. I'm not bothered by the smell or taste at all.
Vitamins were not overly large and easy to swallow. No bad taste or smell. Felt like it really detoxed me of any toxins after just a few days.
Recommended to me by a friend and absolutely loving the quality of this product. While I am not vegan/vegetarian, I am trying to be more conscious about animal product consumption and I am so glad I found this replacement for my multi/omega. Plant-based, sustainable, farmed in the US, charitable... and keeps me healthy? Absolutely happy with iwi!
Seems like a great vitamin. It’s only been 2 weeks but so far so good. The only issue and the reason I gave this 4 stars is the taste..... good God above its bad lol. I guess imagine swimming in the ocean and just grabbing a handful of algae/seaweed. That’s what this tastes like. The smell is no better! They don’t make me feel nauseous so I can take them any time of the day and there are no fishy tasting burps at all after they are down, so if you can hold your nose and get them down quickly I highly recommend.
I purchased this for my mother and she said she could feel a difference in the first two weeks. I have continued to purchase these for her
