It took a few months, but these Gummies really helped my hair to grow longer. It has more shine and softness to it also.<br />I had about given up when my hair became the latest victim of autoimmune disorders that I have.<br />They don't make it perfect, but a difference was definitely showing.<br />I appreciate the help that this product has given me.<br />We all like to look our best.<br />In my opinion, a very good product.

Codage has really been on a roll with their gummies and edible vitamins I've tried! They are all vegan and sugar free. And that's hard to find, especially with gummies! This particular gummy has some unusual sugar alcohols I wasn't aware of (isomalt, etc) but that's most likely due to the chemical challenges of making a gummy, as things like sticky sugar and gelatin are usually used. This is a sugar alcohol which can cause some mild gut issues so that's why you don't see it the way you see something like Xylitol or Erythritol but I'm guessing the amount is so minimal that it doesn't matter and I haven't had any issues with these.<br /><br />These don't have any gross taste and they are easy to eat 2 of daily. The fact that they chose heart shapes is just such a cute attention to detail and so adorable. I also appreciate that they went with a mild "tropical" flavor vs a citrus or a flavor that reminds me of childrens medicines (grape or cherry). They say the flavor is "coconut strawberry" - it tastes pretty mild and almost more like peach to me or something but it's pleasant. The texture isn't quite like what you may be used to with gelatin or sugar gummies but it's not unpleasant - it's just more chewy than gummy or stretchy if that makes any sense. I'm glad I'm not getting like 3-5g of added sugar daily as many of these have. In addition there are no other junk ingredients/preservatives.<br /><br />You have to take two of these to get the full amount but that's easy and I like being able to take just one on days where I don't want such a large hit of biotin. It is safe to do high doses of biotin but tell your doctor and abstain before a blood test as it can interfere with results.<br /><br />If you are vegan and bad at taking vitamins and need something to kickstart issues you've been having with hair or skin this is a great place to start. Two of the gummies are almost like a multivitamin if you're having a junk food day as well. These for sure aren't full blown B complexes but they can help round things off on a day where you didn't get much to eat. My husband also liked them and was unaware they were even vegan or vitamin gummies at all, so that's saying something!

I've been trying different hair vitamins lately to see if any of them work, and for the most part, they seem to be working. That includes these gummies. I have thinning hair on top. I have noticed that taking hair vitamins does seem to help my hair regrow. I have short hairs filling in the thinning spots, and these vitamins seem to be helping that process along. I like the gummy form. They are tasty and easy to take. I highly recommend.

I ordered three times and will continue to order these. They are Tun heart shaped yummy tasting. My hair is full and my nails better.

Biotin is the main thing that seems to be good for hair and here you get 5000mcg with two of these tasty heart shaped gummies. No, they're not addictively delicious, but maybe that’s a good thing, as I’ve been known to snack on the best tasting ones and you know, they're not candy. These also have vitamins A, B, C, D and E in small amounts, although there are 2100 ius of Vitamin A. These have a natural strawberry flavor and are sweetened with isomalt and malitol. They are gluten free.
