My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.
