I began using this daily a week ago, and am already seeing improvement in the health of my hair and skin. It seems to be already strengthening my nails as well. I purchased it mostly to support my body's aging process from the inside out. This is high-quality collagen. I can already tell I will be happy with the results! I'm normally not a powder supplement lover, but this is so fine textured and it mixes so well in my coffee and smoothies, I don't even notice it. When I learned that after age 20 we start producing less collagen each year, I was all about finding ways to help supplement and “prevent” it as much as possible. I found this brand, which being someone who lives a primarily plant based life, I was very picky with incorporating a non plant based supplement but I HIGHLY recommend this brand! Clean, minimal ingredients, grass-fed, and gluten/dairy/hormone/antibiotic free. It’s also unflavored so I add it to my water every morning and sometimes even add it to my healthy keto desserts when I bake. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin, I feel like my blemishes heal faster, and my nails grow crazy fast! 10/10 recommend for health and just helping the anti-aging process.

This product has a nice texture. Tried other collagens and they were a bit clumpy and not clumpy. The taste is mild, I put it in my coffee.
