It can't hurt...
This is called a "Collagen Immunity Boost" and it contains supplements that are high in antioxidants to boost your Immunity and it contains a little bit of collagen. The collagen dosage range that is normally recommended is from 2.5–15 grams (2,500-15,000mg) of hydrolyzed collagen peptides each day to be safe and effective - this has only 300mg of collagen. So, according to recommendations, the lowest effective dose of collagen is 2,500mg and this contains 300mg, so I wouldn't consider this much of a collagen supplement. As far as an immune booster, this contains Schisandra - an adaptogen similar to ashwagandha that protects your immune and respiratory systems, it's also been shown to improve liver function. The usual recommended dose for Schisandra is between 500 and 2,000 milligrams daily. This supplement contains 50mg of that herb.

***(Avoid Schizandra if you have GERD or take Antibiotics like Biaxin (clarithromycin),
Diabetes medications like Glucotrol (glipizide),
Diuretics ("water pills") like Coumadin (warfarin),
Estrogen-based contraceptives, Immune suppressive drugs like Sandimmune (cyclosporine),
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Advil (ibuprofen), Celebrex (celecoxib), and Voltaren (diclofenac) because Schizandra can reduce their effectiveness or increase side effects.***

This also contains 10mg of Reservatrol, which has been recommended at 2500mg - 5,000mg per day for antioxidant effects on free radicals, anticancer, cardioprotective, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. There is some disagreement about Reservatrol with some saying that it can behave as a pro-oxidizing agent in the body, instead of working consistently to slow and prevent cell damage by free radicals, it may instead exert pro-oxidant properties, promoting cellular DNA damage and oxidative stress to cells. I don't think there is much risk with this supplement, because it only contains 10 mg of Reservatrol, no where near the 2,500-5,000mg recommended dose. Even at the minimum recommended dose of 2,500mg, it can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or liver dysfunction. This also contains lutein that is supposed to be beneficial to eye health at a dose of 5-20mg per day. This contains 10mg, so maybe we could consider this an eye supplement! It also contains 30mg of hyuralonic acid, which is usually recommended at a dose of 60 to 200 mg once daily for joint health and other benefits. CoQ10 is recommended at 100-200mg daily and this supplement provides 30mg. It has a minimal amount of vitamin C (30mg) and also vitamin B3 (20 mg). I can't say I'm excited about using this, I just don't think there's much benefit or bang for your buck, the most I'd say is, it probably can't hurt to take it.
