Interesting Taste and Texture
These Anan elderberry gummies have a different taste and texture than all the other elderberry gummies I've tried. Both taste and texture are more like biting into actual fruit, like a plum, than like biting into a standard gummy. Elderberry gummies are a dime a dozen, but to me these anan gummies are in a class above the rest because of the additional ingredients included. These gummies have betaglucan added, which is a natural, soluble fiber that has a lot of scientifically well-documented health benefits regarding battling obesity, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and a number of other health issues. I think it's pretty cool that it's in this elderberry supplement. It also has monk fruit in it as a sweetener. Monk fruit is another natural item with a long history of well-documented health benefits. The serving size of these gummies per the Supplement Facts on the label is 2 gummies, although the Suggested Use says 1-2 gummies up to 3 times daily. At two gummies per day, this bottle of 60 gummies is a 30 day supply. This bottle currently sells for $19.00, and I'm okay with that price. Monk fruit is expensive but oh so beneficial. I also like the fact that anan partners with SIN HAMBRE MAÑANA and gives a day's supply of food to a needy family for every purchase.
