I suffer from ADD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar like symptoms. I noticed a certain drink helped and it contained magnesium. My wife studied effects of taking magnesium, found this product, and praised how she has never slept better. I tried this product and it changed my life. I don't sleep better, but my mood hadn't been this good in 30 years. I'm happy, able to think clearer, AND my cycles of high anxiety then becoming severely depressed and suicidal and back completely stopped. I was whistling one morning before work recently and my wife asked, "who is this man?". I take this in the morning and I can feel it's effects in about an hour. This was a game changer for me.

I have been using this Magnesium for about 10 months now. I started with the recommended 3 capsules and then bumped it up to 4. I think it helps me sleep better and it definitely helps with my bowel movements. I like Puori so much that I'm starting to Branch out into some of the other products like the Omega 3's and Vitamin D.

I've used other "ZMAs" in the past and I've tried looking for others that could possibly be better or comparable than the Puori M3, I haven't found anything yet. I mean, I could buy 3 different supplements (Zinc, Mg, B6) but I'm just not that interested in taking more pills tbh. The size of the pill is a normal gell capsule that is easy to swallow. About 30-45 mins before bed, I take 3 capsules coupled with a 300mcg melatonin. I sleep amazingly well and I always wake up refreshed. If you are expecting something magical to happen with recovery, remember that a balanced diet and proper sleep is probably your best bet. I've used Puori since it was purepharma and until I find something better, it will be my go-to.

I bought these for my wife to help with a good nights sleep after hear rave reviews from one of our friends that swears by them. I was a bit skeptical at first, however she has been sleeping a lot better, so I decided to give them a try. I take 3 pills about half a hour before bed and I have had zero issues falling asleep and staying asleep. I wake up every morning feeling well rested and there is no "drugged or groggy" feeling. The alarm goes off and I am up and ready for the day. I can't recommend these enough!

I read all reviews and everyone was saying the same thing. Better sleep, less anxiety, better mood and more. I have not slept well for the last 4 years, last year had a panic attack, worried like crazy, anxiety off the chain, leg cramps, body ache, etc and just wasnt myself. I was taking magnesium from cvs they worked a bit but not like these. I took a chance on these and definitely a game/life changer. You probably wont believe me but the next day, i was alive, happy, not tired, not groggy, didnt feel exhausted all day, sang to myself had to stop and couldnt believe it, no worrying, very lil to no anxiety. I ordered 2 bottles and will faithfully take these every night at 9pm. Im a believer. I dont promote anything but I will promote these. I also bought some my sis n law and she was taking 3, went down to 2 but now only takes 1. She was having restless nights because of restless legs. She said it helps her alot. Just opened my last bottle. 6 bottles, works absolutely well for me. I only take 2 capsule a day and faithfully take them every night at 9pm. My anxiety is little to no existence. I cant be any happier.

I've been an athlete all my life but these past few years I've been training super hard and the HIIT workouts have been taking a toll on my body.
