If you've taken a multiviamin, you know to expect. Most of them are similar and there is very little to really make one stand out over another. In this case, there are two reasons why these stand out from the ohthers.<br /><br />1 - They are smaller.<br /><br />I'm comparing these to the Amazon brand and they are much easier to swallow.<br /><br />2 - They seem to last longer.<br /><br />Often when you take a vitamin like this, you see it flush out of your system and that's the end of it. These seem to dissolve slower. You see that flushing effect over a longer period of time. That gives your body more time to use and absorb it.<br /><br />Even if you are not 50+ these are very good vitamins.

I'm used to it now. I use a pill crusher and mix it with applesauce or pudding. Otherwise fine.
