Kal D-3 chewables - I was tested after I began to take these. My Vitamin D rose substantially. I had taken other D that did not make it rise. This is the only one I take.

Very small and chewable but they'll probably melt in your mouth first. Very nice orange taste. I take two a day (with meals) and purchased several more bottles. They are about the size of a baby aspirin...

I had to throw these out because the cinnamon flavor was so strong it burned my mouth.
