I’ve been taking vitamin d for a while but I recently switched to this brand because it offers k2 and a higher dosage of vitamin d. I’m more than half way through the bottle and I recently got my vitamin d levels checked. The results were great, for the first time in a long time I’m not vitamin d deficient. For context I’m a dark skin black women (the darker the skin, the harder it is to absorb vitamin d through sunlight) who works overnight. It’s harder for me to get vitamin d, so I need more than what is offered in most multivitamins. According to my blood work these are working and I will purchase again.

I recommend this nutrient in my book. Excellent way to get enough daily. From my book: I take 30,000 IU a day.  I currently use Deal Supplement.  10,000 IU per soft gel.  360 soft gels per bottle.  A bottle lasts 4 months.  I buy on Amazon.  I take three after breakfast. It is important to take Vitamin A, Vitamin K2, and Magnesium when taking this level of Vitamin D3.

The capsules are very tiny so they’re easily swallowed. They’ve got no flavor to them and I feel they are easily absorbed due to the effects I feel from taking the vitamin d. It’s also in a high dose which is what I was primarily looking for.

I love this pill . Not only is the price great it's only one pill and it's soy free. Price cant be compared to anything in store. Size makes it easy to take too. Would highly recommend .

Needing a higher dose of vitamin D this is perfect. The small gel caps are easily swallowed and tolerated well. No taste or aftertaste. They’re about the size of a green pea. Good value.
