So disappointed!

This stuff makes my 4 year old autistic son hyper! At first I thought I was imagining things but then my mother commented on his marked excitability. As a test I removed the product for a week and sure enough his hyperactivity decreased! As I was disappointed at having spent close to 30.00 bucks on this, I tried again for a day. He was in fast mode from morning to late night without ever slowing down. He's had the AP in the white and red bottle without issues so I'm assuming it's the xylitol? I know some sugar subs can have ill affects on some people as even they do with myself. I don't know.

Tastes terrible, buy the adult version instead

It tastes like medicine. Neither my kids nor my wife liked the taste. Buy the adult version and give the kids 1/2 the dose instead.

Fantastic!

Great product. My son is tube fed so this liquid vitamin is perfect for him.

A great product!

Please don't let the comments of some reviewers about the taste, deter you from trying it. My daughters have taken it for two years and not once have they complained about the taste. Everyone is different, so try for yourself. Thanks

No complaints about taste

Interesting reading all the negative comments about the taste. This is the only liquid vitamin or medicine that my four year old niece DOESN'T complain about. All those fake grape and bubblegum flavors in Tylenol or allergy meds disgust her, as did a couple other liquid vitamins. She often drinks some water afterward but I think that is more habit (after taking other liquid vitamins/meds) than actual need. When she has something else capturing her attention, she doesn't bother.

15 ml is a lot to dispense. Originally we had a 20 ml syringe that just fit inside the bottle. That works okay when the bottle is full but gets annoying towards the end. Thankfully she is a little older now and is willing to take it out of a dosing cup. We just keep it in the door of the fridge, so it is easy to grab and pour. It's pretty thick, so if she doesn't tip her head back for a few seconds, a couple milliliters will be clinging to the cup. Even with the head tip, we started having her lick the cup too to get every penny's worth out of the bottle. She actually finds that rather amusing.

Too much volume

Needs 15 ml of this for 1 day supply and tastes bad. Bought for my tubie that is sensitive to volume. Wasted $30!
