I have been taking the R3set Unwind..."not tonight, stress" supplement for 4 days and I am already experiencing better sleep. I fall asleep faster, and I sleep through the night. I like the combination of breathing in the aroma when I open the bottle, and the results from taking the capsule itself. Great product!

My daughter has been struggling to sleep before 3 am. But with college Zoom meetings in the morning, she needs to sleep earlier and be well rested. She gets anxious just thinking she won't sleep so I thought these might help. They didn't. Two weeks taking one each night didn't seem to make a difference. Every once in a while she'd have an okay night, then another horrible night. Definitely not worth the money for us.

Love! I don't seem to have any side effects from these and they WORK! I signed up for the subscribe and save and so did my Mom! These do not mess with my prescription meds either. Very pricey but worth it because they seriously help my anxiety without turning me into a zombie or making me drowsy.

Okay, so, here is the thing. If you suffer from insomnia, like really struggling, not just "oh, I can't sleep", this product will not fully work for you. These vitamins are wonderful at helping to relax, but it is not a sleeping pill and will not knock you out, which I think is better and healthier for you! The ingredients are natural, the packaging is great, and it works if you just need help winding down. The only downfall to this is the price per product.

This was a really good product. Pill size was normal and clear u can see inside them. I honestly feel like these worked well for me I have anxiety and this helped me I feel like. Price is good for me there was not really a Flavor at all. The night one I feel did help me to get to sleep much better.
