Great Value

Large coated tablet, but easy to swallow. Great value, as this is a year's worth. Has the balance of vitamins my doctor suggested. Doesn't give me a stomach ache.

Enough for a Year

I like the value for a years worth of multivitamins for Women. The caplets are slightly larger than the 600mg of Calcium with vitamin D. The vitamins arrived ahead of the anticipated delivery date,

Absorbs well!

So I wish I could take these because they absorb well, but the iron was to high for me and I had liver issues after a week of taking them. If you struggle with anemia or iron deficiency, this would be good for you.

HEADS UP! This is a completely different formula than the previous one

I absolutely loved this vitamin. But then it went out of stock, so I had saved it in my cart in hopes that it came back in stock. And it did! (Or so I thought). I purchased immediately, but when it arrived, I was very disappointed. It is not the same product at all. Even though the ASID numbers are exactly the same, it is a completely different formula. It is lacking in Iron, Biotin, Selenium, Chromium, ect. You can look at the pictures to see the differences.

Bottom Line: If you were a fan of their vitamin before, just beware it is no longer the same thing.

bad item. bad product.

AVOID!! Product has something wrong with it. Too late for a refund now. This is what we found in the bottle. Needless to say, these are going in the trash.

Not as hard to take as you would think

Got my first bottle of pills today. Yes, the pill is large, but it's not that large. I take bigger pills. It seems to be coated, so it does go down easy. Here's a trick if you have a hard time swallowing pills... when you swallow put your head DOWN as you swallow, not up! Sounds weird, but it works. It actually opens up your esophagus more. A nurse told my dad about that when he was struggling with swallowing before he passed. It's what I do to take the multitude of pills...mostly huge pills...I take every day. Try it. It works.
