Great

My son has stomach issues and will have days where he really needs something to help him go to the bathroom. This is great. He likes the taste and he does not fight me to take this as he does not even know it is magnesium. It really works for him and us.

Great natural alternative for constipation

My granddaughter has struggled with severe constipation since she was an infant. As a result, her doctor recommended she take miralax daily, and prescribed a dose greater than that for an adult, despite the fact that she is 5. I’ve been searching for something natural to help her with her issues and this, so far, has been a godsend. She doesn’t love the flavor, so we mix with a small amount of water and she drinks it quickly, followed by a full cup of water. It does the trick!

Effective For Constipation & Tastes Better Than Other Magnesium Drinks-Not Right Type For Deficiency

Mag Go Kids is an effective magnesium oxide drink for constipation that can be taken by kids older than four and adults. I’ve tried other magnesium drinks and have also taken magnesium oxide in capsule form, and I’ve found magnesium oxide to be the best remedy for constipation. It’s used for temporary digestive relief and constipation rather than magnesium deficiency. A more bioavailable form like magnesium glycinate is superior for nerves, sleep and so on. Magnesium oxide essentially the same as magnesium hydroxide in milk of magnesia. Mag Go Kids may or may not provide quick relief. It will work, but not everyone needs the same dose. The idea is to take the lowest effective dose until it works. The first time I used Mag Go, I started with 2 scoops and worked up to the 4 scoop max. It took three doses over three days to work, which is typical for my stubborn system. The results were gentle with no pain, straining, cramping, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. I could go about my normal day with no issues. Drinking lots of water is important. Mag Go Kids is orange flavored and sweetened with stevia. I don’t love the taste, but it’s the only magnesium drink I’ve been able to use without wanting to throw up and it’s also easier to get down than a bunch of capsules. The dose is one very small scoop per 40 pounds, not to exceed 4 scoops. I add it to cold water (juice might be better for kids) and use a shaker cup so it totally dissolves, and I drink it quickly before it settles. Mag Go can be taken up to 30 days. It doesn’t gross me out and it works. Recommended. 5 stars. Made in the USA.
